Hey, I've recently converted my freshwater tank into brackish. I've had this leopard puffer since Friday, and have noticed this large lump on his left side. Is this a nematode? Is surgery necessary?

As far as I know, nematodes are under the skin. It could be food, did you recently feed him? It may be a tumor.
