White Circles On Hairy Puffer

Hi All,
Yesterday morning i noticed a couple white circles on my Hairy Puffers back.
Parameters:
Ammonia - 0ppm
Nitrite - 0ppm
Nitrates - 10ppm
Weekly Water changes 25%
Tank has been set up for over a year but the puffer has only been in it for about 3 weeks
currently dosing with Melafix because i saw a similar injury and it was suggested that melafix would help.
The puffer is in a 40g tank with no tank mates.
She's swimming around normally, haven't fed her since noticing, but she seems to be interested in food and I'll try feeding her tonight and see how that goes.
