HI! Im pretty new to this site but does anyone know why my puffers stomach is super sunken in? He eats like a pig and is very active its just his stomach can anyone help?

Although this article is a bit old, the advice still carries. The only difference is the meds recommended are difficult to find nowadays. Try Prazipro or levamisole.
