puffer eggs?

So my pea puffers were MIA for a few days in my planted tank. They have returned to their normal patrols and feeding behaviors but I found what looks to be a few surviors of a spawn. The eggs fell through the gravel and likely avoided the catfish raids. Will the eggs hatch ok there or are they doomed?
