Wondering what everyone's consensus is on my F8 puffer, who's roughly 2 inches long. Few months back I noticed circular rings around his belly, but now the rings are huge and its apparently a spiral shape, like that of the number 9. Can anyone guess what kind of nematode this is so I can treat it?

Nematodes like this cannot be treated unless you want to try surgery, which is VERY risky. Any anti-parasitic treatments may kill the nematode but it will die inside the fish & rot, killing the fish. /best to separate from other fish & keep it in good water conditions, happy & healthy until the end. The puffer may live a while with this.
