Treating Septicemia

Hello,
I have 6 T. schoutedeni puffers, 15 one-line tetras, 6 upside-down catfish, and two bristlenose plecos in a 125g tank. One of the tetras has septicemia. The upside-down cats that I can see and all of the puffers seem fine. Three questions:
1. Should I treat the whole 125g tank or put all of the tetras in a hospital tank and treat that?
2. What should I use to treat? I have Furan-2, Cipro 250mg tablets, Doxycycline 100mg, and Cephalexin.
3. Are each of these meds safe to use with puffers?
