new Ppuffer won't eat anything but nips @ all plastics in qt

ok replacement porcupine puffer in qt. looks hungry acts very hungry but does not eat anything I give him? I see hes flopping around at the surface when I come in, I see him trying to eat my white plastic temp probe and my black wavemaker cage, but will not touch any food I've tried here's the list

I mean he's telling me to feed him cause when I do not give him something he PUFFS UP but damn dude I do not speak puffer. HELP please

what do I feed him he looked starved at the fish store so I'm being to understand why any suggestions?

Your puffer came straight from the ocean, where It only had live food to eat. Try gut-loaded ghost shrimp, brine shrimp, blackworms, or small fishing worms.

Did you try ghost shrimp? Because, They love shrimps for food...
