Since brakish puffers seem to like harder water -- are corals and shells ok for tank decor????
Anyone had any experience with them?

Yes, non-living corals and shells are fine for decor in BW. And yes, I have done so myself routinely.

Ah! Thanks.
I love it when folks on forums speak from EXPERIENCE rather than opinions!
You have been a great help.

It also is a good idea to use crushed coral or aragonite as substrate, to keep the pH at a steady 8.
