What parameters do people have most success with pea puffer breeding. Currently my puffers are at 75-77 C with ph or 7

Hi there,
I’m looking to set up a DP tank in London but really don't think it’s ethical buying wild caught fish... does anyone have any or know of any captive breeders?

I'm in the US. We did have a large chain here (Petsmart) that had a breeding program for them but that was decades ago...
