Topaz red tail

Penelope is a Topaz Puffer over 150mm. This damage to her tail doesn't look like the usual rock scrape. It's got red on the white area.

AMMONIA 0 TO 0.25
NITRITE 0
NITRATE 40 to 80ppm+ Never been able to better that
S.G. 1.013
