Red spot/marks on F8 mouth

I’ve got a cycled 30 gallon tank that has been established for 4 months. We added three juvenile F8 puffers 3 weeks ago. ph7.8 ammonia nitrite 0 and nitrates at 10-20. We are currently in process of converting to brackish but we noticed the puffers have developed ich. We aren’t treating with any chemicals but we have been using salt and 50% water changes every other day. Should we be using a different means to get rid of the ich? The tank is currently at 1.002 sg. On top of this we noticed that two puffers have developed this red stuff on there lips. It almost looks like a cut. They tent to constantly swim up and down the glass even though the tank is heavily decorated. Could this red marks be cuts from feeding crushed half clams or possibly irritated from glass surfing. Or is it something much worse like some kind of infection?

I’m trying to attach photos but it won’t let me. It tells me all my photos are too large.

Hi, Can't you resize the pics in a photo app? Ich-X works great for ich.
