Dwarf Puffer with swollen chin

Hello, this has been an issue on my DP for a while now, many months but lately I noticed this growth on its chin has gotten bigger and it really worries me. Any information would be much appreciated. She still eats, though not as much, and is definitely more shy around me than she used to be.
I've tried Prazipro and eSHa 2000 but neither have done anything to the growth on her chin.

Poor guy! I think it's either a cyst or tumor. Not much you can do but keep him coomfortable.

Is it possible that it could be somatic nematodes? That's something I read about in another forum post where someone else had a lump on their pufferfish's back. It's just that this bump didn't use to be this big until a month or two ago. It really worries me.

Even if it is nematodes (which look like a raised circle under the skin), there's nothing you can do about it without killing the fish.

I just took these pictures today morning. Forgive the quality, I had to do it from somewhat further away as she always hides if I bring the camera too close to the tank.
Wouldn't a tumor be less... well, see-through? You can pretty much see through the lump and it is reddish. I really wish some more people would chime in on this issue.

Could be a cyst then. Sorry, I'm pretty much the only one running this site.
Lots of knowledgable folks here though:
