Help! New Puffer alert

Hi,
I am new to the forum and really need some advice. We have been sold scribbled puffer, but looks more like a mappa to me, by our LG’s, first few days he was great, swimming well and eating everything, last couple of days he has been just sat on top on the pump, not really interested in food? He has no obvious parasites or marks? He shares the tank with a clown trigger, lion fish, 2 small clownfish and a red sea wrasse?
Does anyone have any ideas what could be going on?
