Very Very Thin Dog Face Puffer

I have a dog face puffer, had him about 2 months. He's very thin. He hasn't had ick or any other issue. He did have an issue where he was bumping into rock and floating head down. It seamed to be a swim bladder issue but oddly it corrected itself. He was thin like this before that issue. I feed every 2 days shrimp, squid and krill sometimes.
If anyone could offer some feedback would be greatly appreciated. Also provided a picture at the link below they where to large to attach.
