Help! Fungus on amazon puffers?

Hi! I have been battling something for 3 weeks now and I’m very concerned for my babies well being. I have a 72 gallon with 3 amazon puffers, neon tetras, dwarf gouramis, glass catfish, pork chop rasboras, false zebra pleco and a red tail shark (growing out until he can move to my 150g). Water parameters are good, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, <20ppm nitrates. My puffers started breaking out with small white spots after adding some snails for feeding. I thought it was ich at first but after 2 weeks of treatment and no improvement using ich-x or rid ich and many many water changes, I switched to pimafix and melafix thinking it might actually be fungal. I’m only on day 2 of treatments but I’m hoping someone with more experience can help. The puffers are the most severe and they definitely don’t eat like they used to. I feel horrible and I’m at a loss on how to help them.
