Well, there seems to be an issue. Yesterday, while cleaning the tank for my baby crayfish that I found a couple weeks ago, I found him molting. At first I figured, “oh, I’ll finish cleaning in a bit”, but the next day, he is still stuck in his molt! I understand that this process can take a while, but he seems to be making no progress! I can’t help him manually, because he is so tiny and delicate I’d crush him, any suggestions?
Right now I feel like I can only wait and see...

Re: Baby crayfish having molting troubles!
I just came back from a trip to find the little guy in the same mess he was in when I left. I was sure he was dead, but he isn’t. Once again, he is too small to do anything to assist, but I really don’t want to lose him. He is a hybrid crayfish, so could that have to do with his molting problem??
Any help would be appreciated!
