SpinyBox Puffer AIR STUCK!!!HELPPPPP

Hey new here! Have two Spiny Box Puffers. Roughly a little bigger than a golf ball sized. Been almost a year, never had any problems, but now one of them has what looks like a bubble of air by her tail fin (on the side). She seems fine otherwise, eating and swimming somewhat normal (backside held up a bit from the air bubble). She stretches fine, never had problems inflating or deflating, and this doesn’t seem like that. It’s almost on the side of her tail fin rather than center belly. I’m so worried. Tried burping her-nothing. She’s comfortable with me, has a great personality still, but I’m noticing she’s pinning herself under the leaves of her plants so she won’t float. Help. Please.

Sorry I didn't see this until today. Please answer ALL the questions above, in red.
How exactly have you tried burping?
