My puffer has filled the tank with black waste now. He’s being fed fresh tiger shrimp pieces so not sure why it’s black. Literally looks like black rocks all over the white sand.

All water parameters are fine. He still has a bunch of energy. Looking for food too.

Will he be fine? How long can he go without parasite treatment?

That's not a sign of IPs. Are you feeding them strictly 1 food? They must be fed a varied diet. Also, shrimp should be fed very infrequently, as it can cause issues with thiamese.
