Hello everyone, I am really hopping for a little help for my little F8

Parameters pH-7.6, Ammonia 0ppm, Nitrite 0ppm, Nitrates 0ppm
The Tank- fully planted 45 Gal been running for over a year, 3 neon tetras, 4 nerite snails, 2 lg pepper corys, and maybe 10 "ninja shrimp" that are some how still alive.
Feeding - cory's get 4 bottom feeder wafers every second day, neon tetras a tiny itty bitty pinch of flakes once a day. F8 myses shrimp, the occasional "ninja shrimp" gets hunted down, and small snails 1x a week. I might give him 1-2 jumbo blood worms as a "treat" occasionally.
Last water change - April 2, 30%, removed and cleaned large rocks.

Current situation

Yesterday noticed my F8 ("Squeek") was not acting himself, and refused to eat. This morning still lethargic, did not "great me" at the front of the tank, I then saw what looks like 2 small parasite looking things attached or comping out of the left fin/gill. All other inhabitants look and acting fine.

With Google at my side! I did some digging around and noticed lots of puffer owner have used PraziPro... one problem, it is not available in canada! Does anyone have another product or suggestion?

Attached is of "Squeek" and the "thing"

This appears to be an anchor worm, Generally it best removed with tweezers followed by AAP Wound Control. In tank, Dylox/Dyacide is best. All of these can be shipped to Canada.
