Figure 8 bump on side of stomach? Could this be a parasite

Ive had him for about 4 months or so now and I'm starting to notice a bump on the side of his belly? He's eating fine as you can see (I know I don't usually feed him this much) I've been keeping up on my water changes changing 30-40% twice a week. Ph 7.8 salinity .005 ammonia nitrites 0 nitrates 10ppm and he's in a 20 gallon long. I can't think of any way he could have been exposed to a parasite except for possibly the live shrimp I put in his tank last month. Any help would be appreciated, I hope it's nothing but I wanted to ask so I can hopefully be proactive if it is. Also I treated him with API fin and body cure when I first spotted this a week ago because that's all I had on hand. Not sure if it did anything.
