I have three baby GSPs in a 60 gallon tank.
Brackish water with 1.008 parameter.
PH 7
GH 120
KH 0
NO20.5
NO3 25
Other two puffers are eating well. But my one comes up and smells the food but won’t eat and then lays at the bottom.

Try soaking the food in a crushed garlic clove. What foods are you offering?

Blood worms. Krill. And brine shrimp. I will try that. Thank you! I started to a dewormer and antibiotic just in case.

aren't you concerned about your nitrite level?
what's your ammonia level?
what kind of test kit are you using?
what kind of dewormer and how are you dosing it?
the antibiotic may do more harm than good in the long run if there is no infection that it is formulated for.
krill is like "crack" for puffers, very addictive, and sometimes causes health problems on its' own (lockjaw).
