1) Water parameters all normal
2) 100G tank with plecos, Danios, Tetras and Corys
3) Feeding frozen shrimps, clams, mussels and live snails. 25% water change every other day.
4) Melafix and Primafix
5) 6 months.

Please help me identify the problem guys! There's a pink/white patch under my Mbu's belly. he's acting fine and eating well. The patch looks indented. There's no way tankmates are the culprit. I'm currently treating him with Melafix and Primafix. It's been there for about 5 days now and not healed up. It may or may not haven grown bigger, really hard to tell. I'm worried.

Update from previous posts: his internal parasites are gone! no more stringy poops!

Pimafix is for fungus, I see none of that. Almost looks like something he's getting from that rocky substrate.

I have been treating him with aquarium salt, enrofloxacin and melafix for a week now. no sign of healing. stopped with enrofloxacin and melafix today since he's not showing any sign of improvement. think it might have been an ulcer leaving a crater or smth.

I have been doing daily 50% water changes and adding salt. His appetite has gone down too and he takes snacks when he wants to. He just sits at the bottom and breathing heavy. water parameters are all normal and I make sure of that.

Here's an updated photo of his ulcer: https://ibb.co/G0g8PtL

Please help! 😥

This is very odd indeed! Any way to get a scraping to a vet?

he actually just ate 2 mussels and a snail twice the size of his eyeball, this is after I added activated charcoal to remove the medication to see if it's messing with his appetite. I'm going to get a hold of aquatic vet tmr. Thanks Pufferpunk!

YAY!!! To me, the indentation really doesn't look that bad... Just curious what could've caused it.
