Levamisole medication directions?

Hi,
I would like to deworm my baby Fahaka. I think it has IP since the growth rate is quite slow. It's active and eating normal, just not growing.
After some research, I am going to try the Metronidazole and Levamisole HCL food soak method from the library.
How many treatments and how frequent should I feed with this method? It doesn't say in the article.

Also I noticed the 2 most recommended commercial brand medication, Jungle and Gel-tek are both discontinued. Are there any other effective commercial brands out there right now?
