Hello guys..
my MBU was recovering very well and today I saw that he has developed some issues with his eyes. They look like sunken eyes. His eyes are not protruding like normals puffers rather the have sunken into his eye sockets a bit... I upload a pic in a minute.
what should I do now??
I might have to take him to the vet tomorrow

Starvation. Have you tried soaking foods in garlic? Earthworms?

I tried some worms, mussels, mussels without shell, with and without garlic.
Had to feed him a mussel smoothie every 3 days. He does not eat.
He does poop and I can see some dark stuff on the bottom of the tank.
Fortunately the nematodes are gone. I couldn't find a single one this morning in the sample.
Could it be that the nematodes caused some internal injuries and the bacteria took advantage of the situation since the worms are gone?
The bouyancy issue returned a bit. The lump on his right side got a tiny bit bigger.
I dissolved 250mg Metronidazol / 10 Gallon water.

I found out that sunken eyes might be a symptom of fish tuberculosis. Apparently some Koi are very susceptible to fish tuberculosis.
Anybody dealt with fish tuberculosis??
