Help!

My puffer is about two years old is really sick. He won’t eat or swim and just stays at the bottoml of the tank and his fins look slightly clamped. I’ve been trying to give him anything from frozen food to crawfish. I took the water to get tested and they said to give him some ich meds and to raise the ph level because it was too low. Please help! I do not want him to die
