Hi, my GSP has a white ring on her back, I'm just a bit worried, does anyone know if it's a bite scarring, ich, or fungus? (pic attached) And if any of the above how I might go about helping my little GSP. Thanks so much!

How long have you had this puffer? Are there other puffers with it? Looks like a pufferbite.

Okay surprisingly that's what I was hoping for, I got her very recently, she does have two tank mates but she seems okay with all of them and I was thinking that perhaps she got the bite in the tank from the store and perhaps the scarring only showed up now... One of my other GSPs she really likes and they are very good together, the other one is a bit more of an outsider but doesn't cause any trouble. Is there anything I can do to help it heal faster? Thanks so much for your help!

You can add Melafix to help with healing. How large is the tank & how many puffers are in there?
Is the tank heavily decorated, with lots of broken lines of sight?
