Dog Face Puffer Swollen

Hi. One of my dog face puffers has swollen up.
It has not puffed. its more swollen in face and everywhere. The other puffers are okay. He is eating still allot but it dosnt look correct.
I get a feeling its a allargic reaction to something. But its gone now a couple of days and cant say its gone down. Yesterday it looked like it went down litle but this morning with feeding he was back to fullblown swallon again. I stayed up last night to se if he is eating something on the rock but didnt see anything. He has some ich on him i seen.
What would be the best thing to do.
Remove him and put him in QT and medicate? Trimarin or a mix of esha gdex, exit and 2000 to be on the safe side i get everything
Leave him alone and hope for the best?
All water per. Are perfect so no need to ask there and water changes are done weekly.
