Baby porcupine puffer getting bullied by hippo tamg

Hello everybody! So sorry if this is in the wrong place!

So a little over a week ago I purchased a baby porcupine puffer, and I am absolutely in love with this little guy! He's hilarious, adorable, and a great eater. He's enthusiastic and a solid swimmer. However he's small (bout 2 inches) and my larger hippo tang (about 3 inches) likes to nip at his fins. She doesn't seem to interested in actively pursuing him- she just takes a bite if he gets too close to her. I've rearranged the rock and made sure to feed them regularly (separately target feeding the puffer mysis shrimp, krill, and clams) and this seems to have helped a bit, but I'm wondering if there is anything else I can and should be doing. The porcupine doesn't seem to bothered by the bites - he's swimming steadily and comes right up to me at the glass. I really would love to keep both fish!
Tank is 75 gallons (puffer will be returned when he gets too large) and has a hippo Tang, flame angel, clownfish, and raccoon butterfly as well as a longspine urchin. Did a water change yesterday and water parameters look good.
Thanks!

You may just have a really aggressive tang. You will need to decide which fish to keep. Eventually, the stress will get to the puffer. They are very sensitive fish. His immune system will become compromised & probably won't make it in there. How much LR is in there? Can you post a FTS?

Why not just upgrade instead of giving the puffer back?
