Hello, saw this sad little puffer in petco one day and when I returned the next I picked him up.. curious if he is too far gone. Trying to upload a picture.. his body is completely sunken in has no meat on him at all and will not eat mysis or ghost shrimp..

If he's still eating, you may be able to save him. I am totally against "saving" poorly-treated fish from a store though. They just consider even a dying fish a good seller--replacing it with more & mistreating them.

If anything will make him eat live brine shrimp will, i say give it a go to get some weight on him.
