Dwarf puffer with big belly

I have 4 dwarf puffers in my 29gallon tank. And I believe two of them to be males and two of them to be females. They've had it for awhile but two of my females have huge stomachs and it's not rounded or natural looking. It's not just after I feed them either it's all day everyday. I was wondering if anyone has insight to what it might be?
