protein skimmer

Anyone with experience using protein skimmers on brackish tanks? I'm setting up a tank for a figure 8,(not my first) and while I've used them for all my. s.w., I've never done so for brackish. Just curious of how useful it would be for low end brackish.

Didn't think so. Thank you. I'll leave it in the closet with all the other stuff I'm not currently using.
