GSP, valentini, snowflake eel as tank mates?

Asking a question for my husband who is interested in a snowflake eel. Would the eel and my 3 inch green spotted puffer get along? I'm quite fond of my puff puff!
Right now all I have is a chocolate chip starfish with my GSP and she doesn't even try to harm it nor did she ever try to harm the shrimp.
Also would a Valentini puffer get along with a GSP?

Yes, my tank is full marine. :)

You would likely be ok with the Valentini and gsp, the Valentini might eat your shrimp though, mine did. Eels and puffers can be a bad mix though, puffer nips the eel and eel tries to eat puffer. You might get away with it in a large tank but it might end in disasters.

I wouldn't for said reasons above. Best kept as species only.

How large is the tank? Snowflakes get quite large. I wouldn't keep an aggressive, mean-tempered GSP with a sweet valentini.
