F8 Tankmates?

I'm setting up for a fig 8 puffer that will live in a very heavily decorated 20g. I've heard that some people have had good success with bumble bee gobies. Is there any other fish that can live happily with Fig8s?

IME my bb gobies get their fins nipped, but maybe that's just my bad luck.
I have orange/red chromides with my F8. They do fine together.
At first, only the F8 would hang out with the chromides before adjusting to the tank. Chromides have beautiful colors and eat just about anything.

Ihobbes - MHO, that 20 gallon listed in your signature is grossly overcrowded and should be thinned out. The goby should not be there at all, and the puffer and the two Chromides it still too much.

I think that one f8 in a 20 is perfect by himself. You will find that he interacts with you a great deal when housed alone.
You could maybe try a few mollies, if you must have another fish in the tank.

Yeah, your right RTR. I've been trying to get the guy out of the tank for quite awhile. I offered it to my friend, but he had a full tank. I asked petsmart if they wanted it back, but they didn't. I think I'm going to try to give it to another LFS in my area this weekend. T_T
