Water parameters ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 5.
Tank size 55 corner tall aquarium. Freshwater for now.
2 monos 4 tiger barbs 4 bumble gobys 1 purple goby. 1 f8 puffer 1 green spotted puffer.
Tank was a fish less cycle. Established for 1 month.

Ok so I just bought 1 f8 puffer and 1 green spotted, although I think he looks kind of different. Anyway on the way home from the lfs I noticed he has 1 black circle on his belly and 1 wierd bump kind of by it. Maybe a cyst or maybe hopefully not a nemetode. I'm wandering if anyone has had the same and what came of it? These are my first puffers and am loving it very much and care about them and all my other fish, so I came here for puffer advice. I will attach pictures to help clarify.

A pic would help but what you describe, sounds like a pufferbite. You have many fish that need totally different water conditions. Monos grow the size of your outstretched hand & will require a marine system as adults. They also are schooling fish, so a group of 5+ are best. This would mean a system well over 100g just for them. The F8 i8s a low-end BW species, which requires a SG of around 1.003-5. The GSP is a serious fuin-nipper, that requires a minimum of 30g. 55g is best, as a 5" adult, kept in a marine tank, with live rock & a protein skimmer. The rest of your fish are strictly FW.
