Social behaviour in fig 8s

Last week I decided to introduce a second figure eight puffer into my existing setup. Initially, there was some concern for aggressive behaviour from my older puffer. However, the exact opposite occurred. There was at first a little apprehension between the two and they did run away from one another a bit. But after two days they have become inseparable. Since then I have found them swimming side-by-side and sleeping next to one another.
Was wondering whether anyone else has had a similar occurrence with their figure eights?

My two didn't really interact unless it was water change time when they would huddle together for security. :grouphug:
