Hi, about a week ago one of my dwarf puffer fish jumped out of the tank and it was to late before i noticed, later that day my other dwarf puffer jumped.
Ever sense i put the second puffer back in the tank he has been very ill i had the water checked and the only thing that seems to make his wrinkles under his eyes go away is aqua plus, i only have a fluval chi tank. Could the tank not be giving him enough water? please help he seemed better yesterday but when i came home today hes really sick again!

Please answer ALL the questions above, in red. Often fish jump out of the water because it's toxic.
The wrinkles under his eyes means it's a male.
