Help! Need to identify internal parasite

Hi, I need some advice and help. I noticed one of my female puffers having a worm like thingy coming out of her vent. She is not thin and is not lethargic. In fact she is chubby, active and eats well. But I'm just wondering if
1. Whether those are internal worms?
2. If they are should I treat it?
3. If yes, what is the recommended treatment?
