Dwarf Puffer

I have a dwarf puffer who's been lying on the bottom of my tank all day. When I try to touch her, she swims away, and after a few seconds settles back down on the sand. She also won't accept food. The nitrites, nitrates, and ammonia are all 0, and the ph is 7.6. I have a malabar dwarf puffer living in the same tank, and he's completely normal, so I don't think that there's anything wrong with the water. I'm worried about her, what should I do?

Never mind, my puffer died this morning.

Sorry for your loss.

It would help if you answered ALL the Qs above, in red. Nitrate of 0 is an indication of an uncycled tank. What test kits are you using?

I couldn't find the brand of the test kit. The tank is not uncycled, though, as I've had some red cherry shrimp(for my two amazon puffers) in the tank for a couple months, but moved them to my six gallon a few weeks ago.

Get yourself a decent liquid test kit, like API.
