Giant Porkies at Baltimore Aquarium

During my recent trip to Baltimore I stopped by the aquarium and in one of their massive displays were 3 Porkies all between 14 and 16". Seeing these guys at this size kind of makes me reconsider getting one as not being able to house one properly. Are these a different species or do they not get this big in captivity?

Welcome to my neighborhood Welch!
I love the Baltimore Aquarium. This might be reason enough to revisit it...haven't been there in a few years.

It's a nice area. Definitely wish I had house of tropicals selection in my area. Ended up cleaning them out of their flame moss.

it's a pretty good area. I'm within striking distance of a mom and pop place as well as 2 or 3 larger LFS.
