I have both Seachem Metroplex and API General Cure in my small pile of medicines. Metroplex just has Metronidazole, while API General Cure has both Metronidazole and Praziquantel. For internal parasites, which is the best to use? And is there any measurement out there for how much of the General Cure to soak the puffer's food in? Already found one for Metro.

I would use the API. Different parasites respond to different meds.

I usually just "salt" the food with it. You can't overdose though.

Just to make sure I'm doing this right, when you say I can't overdose the medicine do you mean it's impossible to overdose it or I really shouldn't do that?

Orally you have nothing to worry about. If your dosing the tank, which you shouldn't, it is possible but it would need to be alot. Dosing the tank reduces the oxygen exchange rates and I assume at high doses would suffocate your fish.

It is a complete waste to dose a FW tank to treat IPs inside a fish. FW fish do NOT drink water.
