Ive got a fahaka. Ever so often he passes undigested food. Is that normal? Or do I maybe fed him too much?

Yes, it's normal when overfed. How large is he & what's his diet like?

He is 5" and I feed him every day. He can easily consume 5 shrimps (frozen ones from supermarket, about 1 inch, defrosted before fed to him). A few times a week I feed him snails as well, but they sometimes come out undigested. Also I fed him peas that were undigested. I will feed him less.

Reduce feeding to every other day, 2 shrimps only & alternate with snails. My adult Fahaka gets fed 2x/week.
