Could you house a congo puffer with amazon puffers?

I've read they can't usually be with any other fish they can fit in their mouth. Can they not even be with other puffer fish (amazon puffers)?

My congo puffer ate a pleco 3x it's size in 1 night. All that was left was a skull.
