Freshwater dwarf puffer not eating

My partner and I have introduced two freshwater dwarf puffer fish into a temporary tropical tank which has already cycled (once our brand new 90L is cycled we will re-home them). Yesterday both ate the bloodworms we fed them and had nice rounded bellies but today only one puffer has eaten. The other puffer has an indented belly and looks hungry but isn't eating. We have turned the aquarium light off as we have heard that they do enjoy hunting down food at night time. We would be grateful for any advice?
