cloudy eye porcupine puffer

I have seen porcupine puffer at the lfs with a cloudy eyes. (I can't remember if it was one eye or both) Is this normal? Are there treatments for such a condition if its not normal? Just wondering.

cloudy as in dull and not very bright or cloudy as in a blueish irridesence over the pupil area that makes it harder to see the pupil?
if it us dull and whitish, then you can use epsom salts at 1tbsp per 5 gallons and keep the water in the tank pristine. as clean as possible. generally cloudy eye is from enviromental factors like dirty water, too much waste in the tank. too small a tank.
the irridescense is what is supposed to be there. its very beautiful

cloudy as in I thought maybe this poor fish has catorax! (sp) And I thought omg a blind porcupine puffer, how sad =(
