This guy who is local to me refuses to be educated on proper puffer care. He keeps buying them, then realizing he can't afford to keep them sells them

The one he has now is a Takifugu Ocelatus He's keeping it in a 10 gallon (that's right) Brackish tropical tank. I don't have room for him or else I would rescue him.

Anyway Buddy is located in Wilmot Nova Scotia, goes by the name James Cooper.
