SICK PUFFER?

Ok first off, sorry if I dont have enough info on this puffer, its not mine, its just in a lab im in and im worried about it.
so its a saltwater tanks thats got:
anenomes
orange clownfish
black clownfish
sea stars
algae
and the puffer has been distressed and swimming into this one corner for a long time, and now some spines on its back are developing white mounds and the spines under its mouth are drooping. i have included a picture.
SORRY FOR THE LACK OF INFO PLEASE I NEED HELP I DONT WANT IT TO DIE I WOULD BE HAPPY TO GET MORE INFO FOR YOU IF YOU NEED IT.
