Why hello there! I'm planning my first dwarf puffer tank. I will be purchasing a 20 gallon tank as soon as I can figure out a game plan for set up. I have some questions though-

What is the ideal temperature for dps?
How many gph with a filter is ideal for a 20 gallon dwarf puffer tank with 1 or 2 puffs?
What is your prefered substrate brand/type? How many inches?
Best plants for dps?
In your experience, what is the ideal pH for a dp?
Best way to sex a dp?

Males will have iridescent lines around their eyes and a line running from their chin down their belly. Females do not. My personal favorite with dps are aponogeaton ulvaceous. They do go dormant but when their in full growth the dps love hiding in the twirls of the leaves and when it blooms they smell great.
