Hi, I'm Andy and I'm about to set up a new tank on behalf of my son who likes Puffer Fish.

I've kept freshwater tropicals since I was 11 years old - 31 years ago!

This is my first foray into keeping puffer fish, we're sticking with fresh water and thinking of dwarf puffers.

DPs are great! How large is the tank?

We haven't bought a tank yet - it will depend on if my wife likes the tank as it will be in the lounge.

She quite likes the design of this tank but at 25l (5.4 imp gallons) I think it may be a bit small. I presume I'd be looking at keeping a single fish in a tank of this size.

I've seen some bigger tanks around 65 litres in which we could keep 3-4 dwarf puffers but they weren't considered suitable.
