Congo growth rate

I have seen a lovely little Congo pufferfish today, around the size of a thumbnail.
What is their growth rate like?
I have wanted 1 for years, and now that I have a spare tank, I am very tempted, but the tank is 30"x15" which is OTT for this size fish...

Hi and welcome to the forum. The bigger the tank the better it will suit a puffer, you can't oversize a puffer tank

what is OTT?
you left out a dimension of the tank, 30"x15" is only part of the story
what is the tank size?
