Toyed with the idea of a big pleco, but I don't want it to get picked on... Thought of Amano shrimp, but they would just be sitting ducks seen as snacks. Anyone have any ideas?

Depending on the size a nerite snail could to the trick. They usually keep themselvs very close to the glass and are less susceptible to be eaten. I have 5 that have acclimated from fresh to salt and have been in with my gsp for 6 months.

Hmm forgot about them... Just worried that my turgidus puffs would keep picking on them until they fall off :/

They may not like large snails. My Congo never touches any snails.

Yea i was definetly weirded out the first time i started to see them. My magfloat would only take the tops of them off. You kind of need a scraper to really get them.

I use neritina snails and they work fine......all the stones are full of white eggs....sure.
So, Congo puffer doesn't touch the neritina? Great!!!
